Lightspeed POS with multiple locations not integrating to Shopify properly

I have 2 in-person locations that I want Shopify to pull my product from.  I have the multiple locations setup in Lightspeed and in Shopify.  However, Shopify is not pulling inventory of my one location.

Can anyone assist me in to where I would be able to change this?  Thank you in advance
