Limit orders to 1 per customer and lock shopping cart for X minutes

Hi,

I have a client that is looking to move from woocommerce to shopify, but they often do highly coveted releases that should be limited to 1 per customer, and when added to the shopping cart gives the user a couple of minutes to complete the order before it being available to buy by other users..

This is possible by woocommerce, but doesnt seem to be an option for shopify.. has anyone got this working on know if it can be done on shopify?
