I sell supplies that ship ground and don't offer expedited shipping, using fedex ups & Usps

I also sell frozen products that requires Next day delivery only.

So want to show on check out only next day.

In an ideal scenario, when you set up Frozen and Standard products in separate profiles and enable carrier-calculated rates for both profiles, the charges will be combined.

It's important to note that since you're providing distinct services for each profile, the total cost will be the sum of the least expensive option from each profile. For more details, you can refer to this article.
