Hi @LittaFlame ,
I just found that this is your store 'https://satisfurry.com/products/durabear%E2%84%A2-for-heavy-chewers'. The codes thats displayed on the product page is hardcoded somewhere on the template. We will not be able to detect the exact location unless we have access to the theme.
If you can provide me with the access to the store, I can detect and fix the issue from the theme.
Hi @LittaFlame ,
Thank you for reaching out here on Community. We're all here to help, and I'm glad you reached out for assistance. If you're only seeing a code snippet on your product page, there's a way to locate and remove it.
Note: Keep in mind before you customize a theme, it's a good idea to make a backup copy so that you can discard your changes and start again if you need to.
To continue steps of locating it head over to your Shopify admin then click Online store and click on three dots button next to your theme > Edit Code. Then find the product page template. Once there, you can use the CTRL+F key combination to search for the code snippet within the template. Simply copy and paste the entire code snippet into the search bar, and it will help you locate it. Once you've found it, you can safely delete it and save the changes.
May I ask which theme you are using? Knowing the theme can help us provide more specific instructions or alternative solutions tailored to your situation.
If you don't feel comfortable editing the code yourself, don't worry! You can always reach out to our Support team for assistance. If you're using a free Shopify theme and still have free design time available, our team can review your theme and see if they can remove the code snippet on your behalf.
