Link to Shopify native chat (Inbox) button

So, Shopify's native Inbox can let you enable a chat bubble floating on your website. When customer click on the bubble, can either chat with you or leave you a message.

My question is, can I add a link or a button on a Page, or a blog? So, when customer read the page or blog, they can click and enable the chat (make the bubble open).

Hey there, @LERHO. Thanks for coming to the Shopify Community today with your question about Inbox! I hope you're doing well! 

In theory, this should be possible! This would require having the coding for the Inbox bubble to be copied over to the other pages within your theme you're wanting the bubble to appear on. Work like this is typically handled best by either copying the coding yourself, or having a third party developer like a Shopify Expert make the change for you. However, we may be able to look into making this change for you ourselves, depending on what theme you're using! 

Please, get back to me when you can with regards to what theme you're using in your store, and we can look into what the best next steps for you look like!

I downloaded a version of Venture to my store, and explored the theme while using Shopify Inbox. I noticed that while viewing my own store, that the 'Chat With Us' button was appearing on all of my pages. This includes my Blog page. So it appears that a button should already be present on these pages. Do you see such a button when viewing these pages on your own store? Do you mind sharing a link to your store, so I can see if this functionality is working? 

I may be misunderstanding your desired functionality here, so I'd love some additional clarification. Are you hoping to add an additional button to these pages? Are you hoping to create a 'hyperlink' within these pages that, when clicked, open up the chat box, instead of relying on the native button?

So, on a blog we always use "action button" to call people to click onto it to be hyperlinked to a certain product. As we are introducing the native Chat function, so, it would be great that, I can put a hyperlink on the blog page, when it's click, the "always on every page chat bubble" opens up.

Did you ever end up finding a solution for this? I read the answers and I saw you answered the question by someone, but they never followed up. I'm trying to do the same thing. I'm using the "Empire" theme. Live chat bubble shows up fine floating on the page. I'm looking to add a link to open a live chat window for the *product detail page* - for example: https://www.poolzoom.com/robotic-pool-cleaners/dolphin-nautilus-cc-supreme-robotic-pool-cleaner-with...  (notice directly under the product description - it has "Questions? Contact us directly." --> followed by links under that with "Chat with us", "Call us", etc... I can hyperlink the call, email, etc. but not the live chat. Any help is greatly appreciated.

FYI: Site we are using it for is PoolSupplyDelivery.com - I'm currently developing an entirely new updated site and launching it this week hopefully so finishing up little tweaks. The site live is not the new site, as of this moment at least.
