Linking External Calendar to Shopify

I'm running a Shopify store with numerous employees selling their services. Customers book appointments with my employees according to their schedules, and currently, I use an app where I have to manually set the schedules of my employees. How do I make it so that 20+ employees can set their own schedules without me asking for their schedule and then me manually inputting it in? Is there an app for this?

For example, if employees could give me the link to an external calendar like Calendly, then customers could just book appointments (and then checkout) without me having to manually enter in employee schedules, which change frequently.

Employees can provide a link to their Acuity calendar, and customers can book appointments directly from your Shopify site. To set this up:

1. Set Up Acuity Account: Employees create and manage their availability on their own Acuity accounts.
2. Embed Scheduler: Generate an embeddable code from Acuity and add it to your Shopify site, allowing customers to book appointments directly.

You can integrate Acuity Scheduling with Shopify using tools like Zapier or by embedding the scheduler directly into your Shopify pages. Same with other mentioned apps.

It seems like none of the apps you listed allow for more than ~20 or ~30 employees and have restrictions on the number of bookings as well besides appointo, which charges per employee. Ideally there is no limitation on the number of employees. Are there any other options?

Is it possible to use acuity for scheduling and Shopify for processing the payment for the booking?
