I checked and found that on your website there are 2 media with very slow loading speed, this will significantly affect your website speed. You can check it and optimize the size of the media you upload.

@BSS-TekLabs   sir these  2 videos i have already resized from 200mb to 9mb  and 6mb  but i cant remove them
