Listing images

I don't see anywhere in this media block to paste a URL.


I have tried uploading an image file a few days after deleting all my old
image files and it still disallows it.

And I have already contacted Shopify support and they cant even tell me what
the size of my image storage is.

But how do I embed a URL in the media section of a listing? It only gives the option to upload or use an existing file.

I still dont understand....Here is a screenshot of the media section. Where do I embed a URL there?

• What error message (if any) did you see when trying to upload the image?

• What’s the current status of the product you were trying to upload the image to? Is that product active or not?
