We're a local pet shop in a sizable village. We opened recently. We're looking at options for offering local delivery and pick-up to residents in the village and holiday makers via an online platform.
We've checked out quite a few different apps in Shopify but we keep bumping up against the same problem. We don't have much stock space and our wholesaler only delivers once per week, on a Friday. Therefore, any orders placed for local delivery or pickup would need to be placed by a Wednesday so they can be added to the Friday wholesale delivery. The customer should only be able to pick a date and time for after our next wholesale delivery so as to guarantee we will have the products they ordered.
For example: if a customer makes an online purchase for local delivery on a Saturday, the online store would need to only offer dates and times after the next wholesale delivery (on a Friday). The same with local pickup.
Any suggestions for apps that would allow us to do this would be greatly appreciated.
