local delivery especific country

Hi every one. I want to offer local delivery and pick up only at especific country. that include all the product on my store.

Im doing dropshipping so I have diferance warehouse location. but againg I want to offer only to one especific country. from all the warehouse. that is where Im located. Panama Central America. how do I confi. my store to do that. I try in the past but the option of local delivery is not showing at checkout
