All things Shopify and commerce
I'm building an online store where most of the Products (ice cream cakes) are Local Pickup Only, at the store's one & only physical location.
I have the store's physical location set up to do Local Pickup.
Still, the Local Pickup option does not show up in the Checkout.
I've just started going through each Variant for each Product, and checking the "This is a physical product" box. Do I need to do this for all Products & Variants?
I looked at doing a bulk edit process to select "This is a physical product" -- and the solution is to set all products & variants to "This item must be shipped." But these Products CAN'T be shipped! They MUST be local pickup ONLY!
What do I need to do to make this work???
OK, by selecting "This is a physical product," the "Pick up" option appears at Checkout.
However, the default selection is "Ship". Again, these products cannot be shipped! How do I eliminate the "Ship" option at checkout -- for only the products that can't be shipped???
