Localised homepage for market

For my Dutch market, I have Dutch as a primary language and English as other available language.

Copy on the homepage (like New, Now available and testimonials) is currently in Dutch, but for the non-Dutch audience in the Netherlands I would like for it to be in English.

I have tried looking for localisation of these elements on the homepage (and other pages for that matter) in Settings>Languages / Settings>Markets>Languages & domains, but I can't seem to find a way that shows the English translation with Region:Dutch + Language:English.

Does someone have advice on this?
