I'm trying to deactivate a location but i simply can't and i don't know the reason. The location im trying to delete is NOT the default location, all the inventory from that location is deleted, there is nothing on that location and i still can't deactivate it. *see the images*
Hey, @Minotaurul!
I'd love to help you delete a location from your admin. Whenever you are unable to do this due to the error Location could not be deactivated, it can be an indication that you may still have open orders for an item that is only stocked at the location you're attempting to deactivate. To check if this is the case, you can follow the steps below and go over your orders.
If open orders exist, you can either cancel or delete the orders or you can stock inventory for the products found in the orders at a new location. You can then attempt to deactivate and delete the location.
If you don't find any open orders, we'll need to take a closer look at the error and find a fix. Should this be the case, please visit our Help Center and chat with the AI assistant to create a support ticket. Let me know if you have trouble doing so and I'll help you further!
