I have been having this issue with my locked domain two many times, one minute Shopfiy send me a notice it is unlocked. Then the next month they send my a notice that it is locked. THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS TRYING TO GET HELP FROM A PERSON NOT AN AUTO RESPONSE CHAT THAT WHOLE PROCESS IS A WASTE OF TIME. Unfortunately, I have been with Shopify for so long it would be very frustrating to start all over with a new platform, because I would surely cancel this PATHETIC PROCESS!! because this new policy not contacting them through email or phone support is TRASH!
