I've been struggling for months, maybe over a year at this point, to talk to someone about deactivating my account. The email address I used to register is no longer available and I had to make this account just to post this question. How do I stop getting charged for a service I no longer use and cannot access? Can someone please contact me? It's $9 a month down the drain for nothing over and over again. Thank you.
