Hey Shopify Team and Community,

 

I urgently need help recovering my Shopify store (Modnexx).

 

I originally signed up using Google Login, then later added a passkey. A few days ago, I accidentally deleted the passkey from my device, and ever since, I’ve been completely locked out of my account.

 

Here’s what’s happening:

 

The login screen keeps redirecting me back with no option to enter a password.

 

There's no "Forgot Password" link showing.

 

I’ve tried logging in via desktop and mobile, in incognito mode, clearing cache, using other browsers – nothing works.

 

I tried contacting support through live chat, but the responses were automated and didn’t help.

 

I even tried reaching Shopify Support on X (Twitter), but no real human reply yet.

 

 

This is a serious problem — I’m the verified owner of the store and this is impacting my business badly. I’m stuck in a loop I can’t escape, and there's no way to log in or reset anything.

 

Please, I just want to access my store again. I can verify ownership, billing info, and everything needed. I’m genuinely frustrated at this point.

 

Any help from a real Shopify staff member or someone who’s faced this would mean the world right now.
