I'm trying to login as an Admin and still receiving this message.

Hi @jayilboutique 

 

I understand you don't have access to your store account at this time and aren't sure why. I would make sure to double check your account owner email address and also your junk mail for an email from our business operations or trust and safety team. Most times an email communication will be sent out if our team is restricting access to a store.

 

If you are unable to find any communications about this issue please reach out to our live support for the next steps in resolving this situation.

Okay! Can you let me know what step you are able to get to?

 

Step 1: Follow this link: Shopify Help Center - Contact Support 

Step 2: Sign into your store account or continue without signing in

Step 3: Search for your issue 

Step 4: Use the Contact Support button at the bottom of the search results to see all the live support options. 

 

If you can also share a screenshot of the last step you are able to get to that will help me with the next steps for you!
