Hello. Would like to be able to import postal numbers for local delivery without having to enter them manually. example a finished list csv file
can it be solved?

You can try turning on the Address autocompletion feature in the Theme Editor > Checkout section of your Shopify store. This will allow customers to more easily enter their address details during checkout.
