Looking for a solution: Digital downloads website with a subscription

Hi,

We would like to create a digital downloads website with a subscription.

It basically works like this: someone takes one of the subscription options and is then granted access (by logging into their account) to download as many (or a limited) amount of digital products that are available on the website.

Sidenote, our digital products have sizes that could go over 5GB and we have a few thousand products.

Is Shopify suited for this?
