Looking for a Theme

I am looking for a theme that could be used to convert a site like roosttents.com.  These are the top pages that need to be converted.

Welcome to Shopify Community.

You can use Dawn theme but you want get exact layout. You have to custom code if you want similar layout. Either you can download a free theme and can alter the code or can start from scratch with custom theme but you will need a developer to setup the pages at reasonable cost.

Thank you but right now I am wanting to see if there is a them that I can tweak to get to where I need to be with the direction the client wants to go.  What do you charge on average for a custom shopify theme? I have not gone that route before.
