looking for an app to put customer photos behind a login.

I am new. I have an idea for a service to sell. It will take a customer's photo edit it and then display it for the customer.

I would like to make it so the photo is behind some sort of login for each customer who buys the service.

not exactly sure if this is possible or what apps can do that. can anyone point me in the right direction?
