I am unable to log in because I changed my phone and I no longer have my recovery code, so I cannot get around the two factor authentication.
My email for the other account is email@example.com

We can definitely help you out with this, but you will need to speak to our support team through the Help Center here. We can't see or manage any of your account details here over the Shopify Community, but if you speak with us through the page I shared we can look into this with you in more detail. When you visit the Help Center you'll need to first tell the Help Center assistant the problem you have and it will direct you from there. You may be asked to log in, but if you tell the assistant you cannot log in you should see the available options to get account support or speak with a Support Advisor.
