How could i make, that if i point the pointer on main menu item, for example Men, it would slide down showing submenus: clothing, shoes, bags etc..?

It's called hover effect, it only works in desktop
If you are using a premium theme, talk to theme support, otherwise hire a dev. It's a bit complex task.
