Make a sticky sticker?

I've downloaded the sticker element from the section store. I wanted to have it be sticky to get it like the logo of this site:

baserange.com

Does anyone know how to edit the code to make it sticky like this?

Thank you for the suggestion, however it didn't work for me and also I was hoping to find out how to make the sticker/stamp sections sticky so I could do multiple
