In order to pay any outstanding invoice and reactivate your cancelled account, you would just need to log back into your store and add or update your payment details there.
Could you let me know what happens when you log into your store and try to reactivate it?
Any screenshots of what you see there or error messages you can share would really help us to understand this and help out.

I have problem making payment too when signing in. Not sure what is the problem. It keeps jumping out of the payment page without any reason. Is it because of my country is restricted for purchasing? Or should I connect to a VPN before purchase? Please help ya because I am a small businessman that relies on selling the product Dentitox. It would be great if anyone can help me out for the payment problem. Thanks.

Something I'd definitely recommend if you're having trouble with accessing or filling out any forms online is to ensure you're using an updated, supported browser.
If you've confirmed this I would then ensure you clear out the cache on the browser you've been using to rule that out as a contributing factor.
In terms of using VPNs, we would generally advise against using one when trying to troubleshoot issues such as this.
