Making Product Image Smaller

Hello.

I have a problem with my new product images being way too big and need to make them smaller. I have tried to do it myself under the product grid section in the settings but do not work.

Please help me, if you can, drop a reply here on the thread and I will PM you the site URL since I do not want my site to be public. Thank you so much.
