Malware and blacklisted

My store has been blacklisted by Google and shows up as malware but I am not sure how to fix it. My site has been completely removed from Google and cannot be accessed. Can anyone help?

I am sorry to hear about this situation. Is this a new (to you) domain you recently purchased, or a longstanding one that has been recently flagged?

 

Depending on the issue, if the domain is a new to you domain, it could have a history of malware/malicious use. I recommend taking a look at Google's disavow backlinks tool to remove all past backlinks to your website: Disavow links to your site - Search Console Help.

 

If this is a longstanding domain you have owned for some time that has recently been flagged, I recommend reviewing your Google merchant account and reaching out to Google support for more details about the flag and why your store is showing issues. 

 

If you can share the specific error message(s) you are seeing, that will help me to find more direct resources for you.

Hi Shay, thank you for your reply! It is a new domain that I have recently purchased. I have recently ran x2 different malware scans which have come back clean, have checked my domain on Google console which says it sees no issues at all with my website or it’s security and can still access my full website using a mobile phone so am very confused as to what is going on. As said, the malware warning sign appears and the link is ‘untitled’ when searching via Google desktop. I am unable to get a screenshot current of the error message, but my website is thewealthywebempire.com if that helps? Thanks again for trying to help

Thank you for the store link @H96. From what you are saying it sounds like this may be a DNS security issue. If the domain is new, it can take up to 48 hours for the DNS security certificate to propagate. This also requires that the DNS information be correct for the domain as well. 

 

At this time I am not seeing any error messages and the page is loading properly on my laptop via google chrome. So the DNS and the security certificates have all propagated properly.

 

You mentioned searching for your store and seeing "Untitled" in the Google. This is a separate issue, but one easily rectified as well!

This just means that Google needs to recrawl your sitemap, updating it's information about your store. If you have recently submitted your sitemap then you are all good, it takes some time but Google will update your search listing soon. There is no way to expedite this process once a sitemap has been submitted.
