All things Shopify and commerce
Hi all,
I'm doing some consulting work for a Shopify store, and I notice there is a lot of confusion about which products belong in what collections. In some cases, there are duplicate collections that contain the same products.
The store team tries to manage products and collections by email, but that only creates more confusion. Is there a better way to manage products and collections and handle the communications among team members?
What I'm looking for is some kind of reference document. It would have a hierarchical listing of all collections and the products they contain, and a listing of all products and the collections they are part of.
Is it possible to extract this info from our store and use it as a tool for managing our products and collections? I'm hoping for something that's not too labor-intensive.
Thanks in advance.
