How can I send a customer their invoice or a receipt for an order they've already paid for? Because they've paid for it there is no option to 'Request Payment' and no 'Send Invoice' button. The customer is having their parcel withheld from them by customs pending an invoice.

You can generate invoice here then send it to the client via email.
