How can I send a customer their invoice or a receipt for an order they've already paid for? Because they've paid for it there is no option to 'Request Payment' and no 'Send Invoice' button. The customer is having their parcel withheld from them by customs pending an invoice.

Hi,
Shopify's invoice generator is great, but if you do not want to leave the order page you can use my app ezInvoices, which lets you generate a PDF or print a copy of the invoice directly from the order page. You can then either include it with your package or email it directly to your customer. This all happens automatically and you do not need to key in information into a separate webpage or your accounting software.
