Many admin access users can affect inventory?

I would like to know if having multiple users in the administration area in shopify at the same time, but without access to change inventory, can change it.

We have 4000 or more products in inventory but we put the right amount of inventory and a few days later it's all changed, even items that don't have a lot of sales change in inventory.
I've known that it's like a "ghost" in shopify that moves that, but I don't know if it's still in effect.

Bulk Edit is not reliable, I have made changes and they are not reflected.

Is better to work in Mobile Device or regular Desktop or laptop?
