Mapping subdomain of existing domain

Hi,

I have a website already hosted on domain name "deafblind.org.uk" and want to "shop.deafblind.org.uk" to marketplace on shopify.

is setting "shop.deafblind.org.uk" in the settings do the mapping?

If not, can you please explain how can this be achieved?

One followup question, in the step 3. "Point the CNAME record for your subdomain to shops.myshopify.com."

Do we need to map the CNAME to "shops.myshopify.com" or to the one which we want that is "shop.deafblind.org.uk"?
