Mark as Paid option now missing on Capture Payment button

I intentionally captured a customer payment less than what it was authorized for.  I now would like to mark the order as paid in full but the option Mark as Paid is no longer available as a dropdown on the Capture Payment button.  What do I do to mark the order as paid in full?
