I would like to know if for the marketing automation service, if it is planned to be able to send emails to customers who did not subscribe?
Currently we send a promo code to the customer who ordered a type of product, but if the people did not subscribe to the email they do not receive it.
Also for abandoned carts, we can now also use this automation service, but I imagine that the email will not be sent if the person has not subscribed? which is possible with the old method though.

ok, but do you know if there are any plans to release an option to force send even if the person is not signed up for email marketing?
This really limits the transition to the new abandoned payment email automation service.
I have the same concern with Shopify Email.
We have questionnaire that we need to send to our clients who successfully checked out from our store and this has to be automated so we don't have to manually monitor. BUT it's not all the time that these customers (specially first time ones) will subscribe as they purchase a service.
