Marketing Button Not Working

The marketing button on the home menu has stopped working.  Any ideas how to fix this ?

Same. Hope we can get some assistance to fix this. It seems to have happened suddenly today.

Mine as well. It says I need to get permissions from the account owner but I AM the account owner.

- Account suspension or billing issues: If there are any issues with your Shopify account, such as billing problems or policy violations, Shopify might temporarily restrict access to certain features, including marketing tools. Review any notifications or emails from Shopify regarding your account status and resolve any outstanding issues.


- Permissions settings: Ensure that your user account has the necessary permissions to access marketing features. If you are not the account owner, check with the account owner or an administrator to verify your access level.


- Temporary outage or maintenance: Sometimes, Shopify might experience technical issues or undergo maintenance that could temporarily affect access to certain features. Check the Shopify status page or social media channels for any announcements about service disruptions.
