Hello @Loulouis,
I am Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.
In Shopify, the sender name and email address for confirmation emails are typically set up in the notification settings. Here's how you can change the sender name:
* Sign in to your Shopify admin panel.
* Navigate to the "Settings" section and choose "Notifications" or "Settings" > "Notifications" (depending on your Shopify theme).
* Look for the "Customer" category and locate the "Order" confirmation email.
* Click on the "Order confirmation" email to access its settings.
* Scroll down to the "Email details" section.
* You will find the current sender name under "Sender name." This will typically display your personal name or the existing name you want to change.
* Edit the sender name to reflect your desired business name.
Remember to save the changes after you have made the necessary edits. Once saved, the confirmation emails sent to your customers will show the updated sender name.
Refer to this guide on Setting up your email.
