All things Shopify and commerce
I've been going wild trying to optimize some of my photos in our media grids on two pages that just aren't all displaying properly. First they were all big and overlapping and I added some code that was suggested in theme.liquid:
<style>
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
.shopify-section--media-grid .media-grid {
grid: unset !important;
}
}
</style>
This fixed my overlap problem, but now some of the photos are cut off on the sides or just not fitting the mobile view properly. Even some of the text on my friend's different Anroid isn't displaying properly. What can I do to fix it? Resizing the images does nothing, and neither does changing the file type. Help!
Hi @Miss_Foxine
Please, share your store URL. Thanks!
Hey, Ribe, My store was closed after I changed the credit card information because the credit card expired. I contacted Shopify support and they escalated my issue, but there has been no response. I tried to log in to the store owner's account using the method you mentioned above, but I still can't enter the store page. Can you help me?
Because my credit card expired, I was worried that I would not be able to pay the bill after the bill was generated, so I updated my credit card. However, I did not expect that my store would be suddenly closed after the update. I saw online that credit card information cannot be modified, otherwise it would easily trigger risk control and lead to store closure.
