Mega Menu Parent Link Clickable Prestige Theme

We are using the Prestige Theme and if the parent menu has not child menu links, it's clickable but if there are child links, we can't access the parent menu.

Ideally we want menu items like SHOP EVEREE to take you to all products but you have to select a submenu item. We have pages or in the case of SHOP EVEREE to link to 'All Products' but it's not working.

Any suggestions on adding code to the header.liquid file to get this working?
