Menu Bar

Hello, 

Wondering if you could please help. Until last week I had tabs showing along the top of my front page, 'About Me', 'Collections', 'Bespoke' and contact. These have now disappeared and they are under a side menu but, only when you click on the three lines. 

Does anyone know how I can get them to appear in where they were before (tabs along the top) and where they are now?
