Hi @shilpa_etsy Thanks for the URL I have looked into the store and found that it is hidden with the help of code, so have you done some custom code in the store?
If yes then you will find that you have added the display none element on the navigation menu, but when I am removing it, I found an additional issue that for mobile the menu is not designed properly i.e. in breadcrumb manner, so you need to solve that issue as well once you will remove the display: none property from the navigation menu section.

You need to design it accordingly so that it will look better.
