Hi I was charged twice to resume my store for the total amount of about 24 dollars when at check out it said 13 dollars and some change, I searched up my store online and I still have the message "Store coming soon" after I paid. Can someone please help as my launch is today at 2PM CST. Thanks.

As, @Nick_Marketing mentioned, the Store Coming Soon message can be removed by disabling your store's password protection. You can find more information on how to enable or disable this feature through our help center resource on Password Protection.
In regards to your question for being billed twice, I recommend communicating directly with our Live Support team. We are unable to authenticate or provide account specific information here. Our Support team will be able to take a closer look at your Settings > Billing section to provide you with accurate information.
To create a support request, head to our Help Center, login to your store, enter a topic within the search bar and click Search. You'll be redirected to another page where you can scroll down and click Continue under Get Support. After clicking Continue, you'll be presented with our available contact options for support.
