Metafields in URL

I am working on a quiz for my website through Typeform, and based on the answers to the quiz I want the final button on the Typeform quiz to be 'view my results'.

From here I want it to take the customer to a page on my Shopify website that has a list of all of the recommended products for them based on their answers. As well as some copy that is dependant on their answers. 

From research it looks that metafields can be placed in product URLs to display on the page what I want a customer to see. I have also linked Zapier and am able to access answers there, but feel like I have only just scratched the surface looking for a solution here. 
How do I go about solving this problem and having a beautiful customised 'results' page for my customers?

I am quite experienced with Shopify and Zapier as well as injecting basic code, but am unsure of next steps.

Is typeflow anything like heyflow?? Asking this as I was able to implement something similar to this where I was showing different content depending on the score of the user. 

The part where you are looking to redirect user to the site is okay but recommending products from the score that too after redirecting.

It's much easier if you use outgrow.co or octane.ai
They are made for these. I've used both
