Minifying JavaScript

"I'm minifying JavaScript for my theme and also removing comments. However, when I save the changes and exit my theme, the changes are automatically reverted back to their original state. Why is this happening?"

It's not working my theme is not saving minified java.

then you can first of all the js file are make minify and then make space on last point and go to the save
