Mislead By Support Advisor And Now Lost Legacy Plan Features.

We have been a Shopify customer for a few years and pay annually. We needed to temporarily pause our store and were told that we were not on a legacy plan and would not have any issues when choosing a plan again (we still have the annual credit for the plan we signed up on). 

The support agent was completely misinformed and now we are not able to reactivate with our previous features.

 

This is extremely unfair and the chat support is not helping us resolve this problem.
