Missing Mobile Categories Section In Costumize

Hello,

Mobile categories section is missing in costumize but the content is visible, i can't edit anything. Section is visible in default but not in Lithuanian ( I attached the photo to what I mean).

The theme I'm using is Unsen OS2.0

It may be due to the markets and since Lithuanian  is different market, it is disabled here because by default global "Mobile categories" section will be used, if you want to change the settings, you can change from default view and if you want to add another section specific to "Lithuanian" market you can add that there,
