Missing my default product template

SOLVED...I just went and edited this screen and it now has a default template.

My purchased theme (3rd party) is missing its default product template and I cannot figure how to get it back so that I can work on the tiered options for each of my products.  This makes so sense, since you can clearly see that there is, indeed, a default product with it's menu shown on the left.  Can anyone aid me on this front?  Do I need to code my software?  Do I need to build something on the back end? Help!
