It's now happened twice in 2 weeks, 2x orders simply do not appear in the Conversion Rate breakdown report.. in other words.. from the Order list i see there have been 8 orders between 14 and 19 January, but in the Conversion Rate Breakdown report, Completed Checkout value = 7. This of course also raises my doubts on whether the add to cart and reached checkout values are incorrect..
That sounds frustrating! It seems like there might be a discrepancy between the actual orders and the data being pulled into the Conversion Rate Breakdown report. If orders are missing, it’s also a good idea to verify if the add-to-cart and checkout tracking is working correctly. If the system doesn’t track those stages properly, it might cause odd gaps or discrepancies in the conversion funnel.
Have you noticed any patterns in the orders that are missing (e.g., certain products or payment methods)?
