Missing Pricing section - Dawn theme

Hello everyone,
I am using the Dawn theme and the Pricing section on the Product page is missing on 99% of the items I listed (only one item has that section).

My goal is to start a sale and would like to display both the full price and the current discounted price.
To achieve that, I need to set up the "compare at price" in the pricing section of the product but for some reason it is not showing up.

Can anybody give me a hand and tell me what is the reason of such behaviour and how to fix it?
I appreciate your suggestions... this thing is driving me crazy 😄

Hey how are you doing,

did you customise the code of the theme?

You can add a "Price" block on the product page in the customizer, is that the case?

If you could send a screenshot that would help.

If you’re happy, please share  link to an example product so I can check if I can replicate the issue on my end. Also, which theme do you use and have you edited theme code recently?


In most cases, the cause for this issue is a customized theme code or an app that may interfere with your theme. The best way to establish if it’s theme related problem is to install a new version of your theme or another theme and then see if it happens with it too. If the new theme doesn’t have this problem, your current theme will need a revision. 


Please let me know what happens when you try to replicate the issue on a different theme and we’ll look into it further.
