Missing "value" parameter, Tiktok pixel

I recently connected a pixel to my website. Everything seems to be running fine. When I check the events on my site with the TikTok helper, it doesn't report any issues.

However, when I tried submitting my ads to be reviewed, it said there was a problem with the link in the ad to my product page. The error stated that because there were no events on my pixel in the last 7 days, my ads could be rejected or the performance could be hindered.

I then tried testing my events in the TikTok ads manager, and surely enough an error came up for the add to cart and other events: missing "value" parameter.

I have absolutely no idea what this means and what to do with it, and what makes it even weirder is that the TikTok helper indicates everything is working fine.

What could I possibly do to resolve this issue? Can anyone help?

I got it fixed, all you need to do is:
- delete the old pixel

- make a new one and connect it to shopify

- trigger as many events as you can

- wait 1-2 days and it'll be alright
