Missing Store

I spent an entire weekend filling a store with products. They disappeared. Then I spent an entire weekend filling another store with products. They disappeared. Then the original products suddenly appeared a week later. So, I have spent a week getting that store ready to launch. I got a technical error and then it disappeared. The entire store!!! Where is my store?

• How would you describe the technical error you're experiencing?
  • Does an error message appear? What does the message say?
• Where did the products disappear from? 
  • Did they disappear from the Products page in the admin? 
  • Are they present in the Products page in your admin but disappeared from your website?
• Is your store currently inaccessible?
