I spent an entire weekend filling a store with products. They disappeared. Then I spent an entire weekend filling another store with products. They disappeared. Then the original products suddenly appeared a week later. So, I have spent a week getting that store ready to launch. I got a technical error and then it disappeared. The entire store!!! Where is my store?

How would you describe the technical error you're experiencing?
Does an error message appear? What does the message say?
Where did the products disappear from?
Did they disappear from the Products page in the admin?
Are they present in the Products page in your admin but disappeared from your website?
Is your store currently inaccessible?
