mixing products and collection on shop page

We will sell 3 main products on our website, but also spare parts. Is there a way to show the 3 product together with a collection called spare parts on one overview page? 

Currently it shows all products as below:

So is it possible to add a collection within another collection or who do you mean?

As my friend said

He actually meant you can just create a collection named "Spare Parts" and add the product you wanted into the collection. then display
